Yoga

The aim is to ease the changing states of the mind

Patanjali defines yoga as the cessation of the mental fluctuations of the mind-stuff, famously stated in the Yoga Sutras as "Yogaś citta-vṛtti-nirodhaḥ."

Yoga invites us to quiet the fluctuations of the mind and return to a place of steadiness, presence, and inner awareness. Through intentional movement, breath, and stillness, the practice creates space to soften mental noise, reconnect with the body, and experience greater clarity and ease.
